Refund and Cancellation Policy
Website build projects:

Clients have 24 hours after official launch of the website to request a refund which is capped at 35% of total purchase, this is only if approved talk to owner about individual deals, exceptions may apply.
Reasoning:
Because of our process clients have every oppurtunity to provide feedback and request revisions throughout the entire building phase. The non-refundable portion covers the labor, consultation time, and resources expended during development.
Website Management Services
Cancellation Period:

For recurring management services, refunds must be requested within four days after the start of the new billing cycle. Example: If your management cycle begins on the 1st of the month (e.g. 1/1) and payment is made for the next month (e.g. 2/1) during 1/1 months pay period or on the new pay period start date you have the next 96 hours to cancel and request a refund. (e.g. 2/5) Other individual plans will be written and agreed upon by Summit Merchant Services and the other entity during the negotiation phase of our website building process.
